State Pension Forecast
You can request a forecast of your State Pension by printing and completing form BR19 and sending it to the address on the form. If you prefer you can make a telephone request on 0845 3000 168.
Form to contract back in to S2P (formerly SERPS)
If you want to contract back in Form CA 1543 can be used to cancel an existing Personal Pension contracting out arrangement. Print and complete the form and return to us.
